Right, I'm after questions about what can be done about the resident Penis that's recently moved into the street.

Essentially, he's taken quite a shining to pissing me and the Mrs off, by parking partially blocking both cars in, meaning we have to move 1 car to let the other out. (He has his own driveway)

He moved into the rented house down the road about 6 months ago, and began parking like an idiot pretty much straight away, blocking people in, and abandoning it all over the road and infront of people driveways.

The Mrs has heard him say to his relatives that came over (who can actually park) that he deliberated parks like a prick to piss us off, and wants a reaction.

He's called my Mrs a , to her Mum.

He's got aggressive with a neighbour when he blocked his Mrs in, and tried to start a fight basically telling the neighbour to "come on if he thinks he's such a big man"

He's generally a bit of a prick, and has been heard shouting all sorts at his Mrs, calling her everything imaginable.

Mrs was blocked in by him completely, the other day, and knocked on his door to ask him to move, and miraculously he didn't answer, but you could easily see he was in.

Mrs has spoken to the local plod about this asking advice, and they sent a couple of officers round to have a word. This, seemingly has made it worse, and is now completely blocking the drive.

I'm fked off with it, and now want something done. I've tried speaking to him, and he doesn't answer to me, or my Mrs and starts on neighbours who really haven't spoken to him before.

Short of dragging the fking car into a field and burning it (Tempting, but not that I would) Is there anything we can do, other than speak to the Landlord?

TL;DR.

dhead neighbour is hell-bent on pissing me and Mrs off, causing confrontation, has already started on other neighbour, dhead has called my Mrs a to her Mum, and after Plod had a quiet word, he's now decided to become even more of a prick and completely block the drive.

Other than complaining to his Landlord, anything I can do?

Violence isn't really an option, as he's the sort of prick to bring it back up and cause more st in the future, so violence is a real last option. The thought of bashing the door in at 3am with a hockey mask and chainsaw is mighty tempting.

I think, it'll be Landlord, as it's suspected he's not supposed to be living there.

Where do you live?

Only way to deal with a bully is to stand up to them. I'd do it with a shovel to the back of the head mind!
Bristol.

Might help tbh

It's not Knowle, nor is it a council estate.

The drive currently has a car in pieces on it, so it's going nowhere and there's no other room to fit cars on it. So whoever gets home first between me and the Mrs parks over the drop-kerb (if it's free) and the other parks in front. Whoever gets home last would normally park infront of the house, or wherever they can.

A little update:

I went to have a polite word with the bloke when I knew he was in on Saturday morning (not really early, circa 11am). Miraculously he refused to answer the door. So I may have said through the letterbox " If you're too spineless to talk to me face to face, I'll do it through a letterbox, stop parking like a twonk, as you've already had plod at the door to tell you to stop. If you want to talk to me properly, come and knock on the door and I'll happily have a conversation with you about it. If you're too gutless and carry on parking like a nause, then we'll be speaking with plod again, as well as the *name of landlord*"

I was tempted to swear, but didn't as there were kids in the house, giggling. I didn't want to be blamed for them learning a new swear word.

So, over the weekend it was fine, and when I got home tonight he was slightly over it, but there was nowhere else to park in the road, So I'll give him the benefit of the doubt tonight. See what happens.

As tempting as it was to go around with a large hammer, the last thing I want to be doing is causing aggro in the street. I don't want to be looking over my car each morning looking to see if the tires are inflated, of if there's a new scratch in it.
