60mph on Snake Pass nip

Just a hypothetical question obviously,
If someone were to receive a nip for this, As far as I'm aware there is no fixed camera on the Ladybower to Glossop section so this must have been a mobile unit? Do they have to be marked police vehicles?
You can request photographic evidence, which would be interesting. I presume asking for this has no negative impact on any potential case?

Well that explains a lot, didn't appreciate just how unscrupulous the police had become with fake builders vans! Maybe we should have the high visibility stickers and blue lights from their vehicles on our cars? No?..... 😋

If they did it from a helicopter, it's definitely worth the effort to get the photos, haha.

It's the only safe stretch to overtake!
