Black Box - Ins co warning - Not NSL??

Slightly weird one this, friends daughter has a black box from ins co on her Mini as a learner. She received a warning for excess speed in a 30 limit, except it isn't or appears not to anything else either.

Interestingly Waze does not list any limit on this section of road just a blank limit sign unlike the A30 to the north is definitely NSL, there are no streetlights & no limit signs or change to NSL at any end on this section so one would assume NSL.

There is something weird going on it's this bit of road, any ideas??

Could be something like that ?

There are no 30 limits anywhere nearby, well maybe a mile away. Its also an unnamed road.

The main issue is 3 hits & they cancel your insurance!
