I just received a letter from Pisa municipality advising me I have been caught by a fixed camera speeding (112 kph in 90kph zone)

I don't know how they got my details, probably from the DVLA, as this was in my own car. I actually sold the car last week though.

Am I ok to throw this in the bin or am I going to have issues with police the next time i enter the country?

I literally don't even have a clue how to pay this fine because the payment instructions are utterly absurd:

"It can be paid by: bank deposit: Provincia di Pisa - Tesoreria INTERNATIONAL BANKING COORDINATES: Banca Di Pisa e Fornacetta VIA TOSCO ROMAGNOLA 101/A CALCINAIA - FORNACETTE 56012 PI IBAN CODE: IT 05 L 08562 70910 0000 1087 3594. Important to cite the reason for payment in the form including the number plate, Local Police and Municipal Region"

Wtf am i supposed to do with that?
