Complaining about holiday

Anyone had any success or advice. We are away now, Menorca. Booked with Thomas cook. Food Buffett is diabolical, state of the furniture outside needs to go in a skip and the rooms are a shoe box, not what was advertised on the website. I've spoken to the rep here and emailed TC direct.

4200 for 6 of us. Lock on door gone 4 times now. Switch front fell off with bare terminal exposed. Luckily nobody touched it. Food is crap. I'd expect far better in a back street cafe. List goes on. Been kn touch with Thomas cook who want to help on my return.
