Grace Millane, a British backpacker was murdered in New Zealand.
The person who is accused of her murder is on trial in Auckland.
The suspect can't, for legal reasons, be named.

I am not asking for him to be named.
Why can't he be named?

Totally bizarre - no idea what the reference to the blue pill was meant to infer?

T'ank yer kindly, sor.Watching the TV programme about the new aircraft carrier HMS Queen Elizabeth. The ship was in ? Dunno, somewhere in America? The man giving them all a briefing before they went ashore, said something like "Travel together, play together, return together". In other words, stay with your mates, don't go off on your own. He cited some sailor who had gone off on his own in some foreign port - never seen again.

I heard on the radio this morning that he still can't be named but also that the reasons why he can't be named can't be published either??
This only applies to New Zealand, surely? If a publication in the UK, or elsewhere, publishes his name, I don't see what they can do about it.
