Car reversed into while parked, I know whodunnit

My 1 day old car got reversed into whilst parked on Tuesday. It's one with telematics and sensors onboard so sent me a text immediately.
I ran out to find that a lady was sat in the car parked behind it and was just moving forward as I ran out. There is some minor damage but two points where the paint has chipped off, I confronted her about this and she initially said she hadn't hit the car. Once I showed her the app which logged the time and the area of damage she changed her tune and admitted that she'd hit the car but that she hadn't caused the scratches.
A lot of circling around and wild claims (such as: all new cars come with scratches & why were you parked there in the first place) I finally got her details and the location was outside her own house so had the address too.
How do I prove that she hit the car when she inevitably changes her mind once insurance is involved?

The damage is £200 to fix, excess is £150 + impact to ncb/policy price so going down the repair route.
Third party has agreed to contribute half of the cost which I think will do and is definitely better than nothing.
