Just a little watch of someone who hit a big flashy vehicle because it didn't have a small plastic cone behind it.
https://youtu.be/RgjadC_xv2E

Nice attitude, is it typical of the type of car driver involved? Not hard to guess where he's from either 'lad'.

Pleasantly threatening the roadworker as well rolleyes.
Will the BIB do anything? Hopefully so.
Hopefully the bloke and/or the car driver (if not him) will have the book thrown at them.
That thick that he is walking behind the IPV just hit with his back to the traffic rolleyes

Shame he didn't become a KSI against the back of the IPV, here's hoping.

The Asda idiots and now this ,the country is truly screwed .
Not as screwed as the 'criminal justice system' biglaughrolleyes letting them 'get away with it' constantly and pretty impotent when they do eventually act.

TBH after one of the local throbbers was shot in the head locally a few years ago before ramming his car into a pub he never really continued his actions.

Unfortunately it seems that may be the only way forwards sometimes to deal with scum like this scratchchin

Oddly enough, there was one on the M27 about 5.15am this morning in Lane 3. Everyone managed to avoid it and he had no cones out. Big flashing lights telling you to move over which you can see from miles away.

I really hope the guy in the road maintenace vehicle drove off, smiling and wishing him a safe journey just to wind him up a bit more. A tool of the highest order.

The tool should be reported to the DVLA for defective vision if he can't see the overhead gantries and all the flashing lights on the back of that truck.

I wonder how many red X's he drove through?
Or all the road signs he drove past saying right hand lane closed in 800m, 600m, 400m, 200m, 100m.

As he’s wondering why he’s the only car in the right hand lane while everyone else zippers into the left hand lanes.

TBF Highway Code says stay in lane and filter in turn, although I never do it because everyone else thinks you’re a Richard Head pushing in.
The Highway Code also probably says “Look out for road maintenance trucks with more lights than Blackpool!”

How about three strikes and you're out. Three convictions of theft, anti-social behaviour, burglary or any similar crime and you are neutered. Those big men would soon decide that it's just not worth it.
how about three strikes lose a limb, that would make them think. The limbs could then be donated. Could work for their organs.

In his defence...

No, sorry, can’t think of anything.

I don’t like to be unkind, so looking at it philosophically, can anything be done to help those in this category of our society?
Category is this case being people with uninhibited aggression, overconfidence in their own ability and an almost animal like lack of self awareness.
It’s not entirely fair to say there’s no intelligence, this specimen has clearly fashioned a comfortable existence from the resources available to him, he’s doing a good job of selfishly surviving and doesn’t seem to suffer any form of depression.
Is he intelligent enough to be classed as psychopath and if so, can that affliction be treated or controlled?
If he had been born into money he could have been a politician

And therein seems to lie the issue.

There used to be an apologist on saying if that were the case why are the prisons full.

Meanwhile in the real world if a flight or train is full capacity is added or overcrowding is usual.

Crack on and do that with prisons if necessary for scum like the one in the post.

Prison is a waste of tax payers’ money if it doesn’t achieve the objective, which in this case would be eventual rehabilitation. There must be a better and more cost effective way, military service abroad perhaps with sterilisation as a deterrent if the subject persists with unacceptable behaviour, or would that be a step too far?
I think we both agree then, seeing as prison is an expensive waste as is the 'long but usually ineffectual rehabilitation process'.
Euthanasia is the only way forward for scum like this smile

Careful, your ignorance is showing.

Yes, he’s a prick, who is a stain on society. However, it’s not because he is Scouse, or indeed council. There are many hardworking scousers who are great people.

Yes, there are a fair proportion who are like the chap in this video, just as there are snobs who think that where they come from or their accent they have makes them a better person than others. Sneering, classist nonsense from people who should know better.

I know who I’d rather spend time with.
Yes Liverpool has changed from the old stereotypes of thieves, nicking your hub caps/wallet etc, shell suits, orange women, permed hair.....

Presumably he is going to provide the video to his insurers to prove he wasn’t at fault…
Would love to know how all this turns out.
He'll have to get some insurers first before he can show it to them!
Even better then if he has to pay the 'green claim' repair costs to the IPV out of his/the car owners own pocket.
