LRC 10 Legall or Illegal?

I've just been reading the thread about somebody getting nicked for using a jammer. I have just fitted an LRC10 with an Origin b2 which seemed like a pretty smart set up.

Would the advice be to take it off in light of recent events? Any contributions from bib's would be very welcome.
