Adjusting rear toe

Hi all i noted my car has 1.1mm toe out rear left and 2.2mm toe out rear right.
Can this be adjusted and to what figure ?
The car is on watts linkage.

What i found wierd is there is toe out rather than in both sides so i guess must be some sort of watts adjustment

No that i hear about the use of shims i am quite sure my car has some on the end of the dedion shaft. I will go and check.
