How much space?

Afternoon all!

I have read in many places that when self building a Caterham it makes life far easier to unpackage everything before you start and have it laid out ready.

Can anyone give a rough idea of how much space this will take up?

I’m currently going through a garage re-design (building a work bench, shelves etc) and a major consideration is how I’m going to build my Caterham (academy car).

Thanks. I have a double garage (a bit more than 20’ x 20’) but there is another car parked on one side. I’ll be able to move it out the way for the odd time when I need a bit more space, but I can’t afford to surrender the whole garage to the Caterham for the duration of the build.

I’ll definitly unpack and take an inventory of everything when it first arrives. I was hoping that I could leave it unpacked, but from what you have said that might be a bit of a squeeze.
