Ear / Eye Protection ?

Hi Folks,
Does anyone have good recommendations for ear and eye protection when running aero screen and doorless ?
I tend to use a pair of wraparound sunglasses and a set of Bose over-ear headphones, but still find that after a decent blat my eyes are full of rubbish, and my ears are ringing !
Recommendations for a better solution would be appreciated.

So, as the OP on the thread (which was 2 years ago - how did that happen) and having tried a few different options, I finally went with a set of Bertoni tinted, lightweight motorcycle goggles and some Bluetooth Shure SE215s.
Both do a great job of improving things, and the earphones give you the option of music if you want it.
