Two questions?

First of all, does anyone know what the drive from Staverton Park to Snetterton would be like on a Sunday morning?

and

Second, what are the odds of myself (or anyone else for that matter) being up early enough on Sunday to get to Snetterton for an early sign-in?

Why? Because some bright spark at the BRSCC has allocated the 9th to be the first of the two Winter GT race days this year! The upside of going is that I get to bring my car with me (on a trailer) but it means not drinking too much on Saturday and getting up annoyingly early!

Actually there is a third question - anyone know how much space for parking there is at Staverton?

My mechanic and his business partner used to campaign a Lancia Stratos back in the late 70s and it was not unusual for them to have to give up halfway through the morning of the second day because they had gotten completely blasted the night before and had such incredible hangovers that it was give up or throw up (everywhere).

This is of course back in the days when the MSA and police in general weren't so 'strict' about drink driving! Personally I was a little revolted by the story but could still see the funny side.
