I love it! The car was registered on Saturday Morning, just before I picked it up. It looked stunning having just been prepped for it's first journey home. I've never owned a Mustang before, but what a presence these cars have! All the way home people stopped and stared much to my daughters delight! I've not really tested the performance yet and have just been cruising and getting used to the shear bulk and the fact you are sat quite low down and cannot judge distances that well! Something I'll get used to I guess. Anyhow, I tried out my 20" wheels this morning but am undecided on whether the 19s look best. I like both and can't be bothered changing back so they can stay on for a while. They have got 10mm more negative offset so stick out 10mm more all round. Here's some pics!

I'd say tbh, anything is better than the oem wheels for the ecoboost. Hateful looking things imo, so while maybe the new ones wouldn't be my choice they look fine and certainly look better.

What's the plan with the car, daily or weekend toy? Would be good to see how someone gets on with the ecoboost.
The 20s are growing on me. I've been out and about today so have had opportunity to view it parked up from all angles and distance and they look very nice and fill the rear arches perfectly. I'm liking the black and silver theme too.

The plan is for it to be my daily, but with 317bhp on tap it's good for the weekends too! I've been trying out the acceleration and it seems pretty damn quick! Feels like a mid 5sec 0-60 car, which is enough for a daily driver, for me at least. It also turns heads everywhere you go! I'm also interested to see how I get on! Biggest problem is entering and exiting the works car park with just 2.1m between kerbs.

It's funny you mention being sat low down, I picked mine up on the 1st and I've found the seating position really high vs my previous cars. I was surprised at how quickly I got used to the size although I had driven two mustangs in the states for a few days which probably helps.
I know what you mean, but I guess you can adjust the heights of seat and wheel to suit. My ideal is with eyes and nose just above the top of the steering wheel! At this height I can also see the hump in the bonnet. Once you've done a few miles you get used to it all.

I'm really struggling to get in and out of mine, it's been years since I had a car as low down to the ground as this, plus I'm 6ft 7" so it's like trying to squash a giraffe into a show box. laugh

I like that colour, my wife foolishly pushed me into getting a white convertible (I wanted a bright yellow fastback) and she won't drive it as it's too fast for her.

Must admit I'm really liking the silver! The pics don't really do it justice as it looks completely gob-smacking in the flesh! Even at night on the drive, the silver is bright! The black and polished rim wheels give a great contrast too. In all, the car has exceeded all expectations and in my opinion, these Mustangs are an absolute bargain. Literally everyone stops and stares!
