The Mrs had a moment this morning in the wet in her GT, we took the winter tyres off a couple of weeks ago and put the original P Zeros back on but they and not giving her any confidence.

What are peoples experiences of Michelin PS4's on the Mustang?

I think they are probably the best of the bunch having experienced PSS's on my M135 in the past.

  • edit* it seems that the rear 275/40/19 PS4's are not available in the UK yet according to our tyre supplier - i'm in contact with Michelin
We could mix PS4's on the front and PSS's on the rear - anyone mixed their tyres like that?

I know we could just get Bridgestones instead boxedin

We went for Vredesteins and they were very good. She was happy to travel about in heavy snow without a problem.

She's considering putting them back on hehe

Thanks Chewie. Good to know that you mixed front and rear without issue.

Facelift GTs come with MP4S
I know, but Michelin UK emailed and told me that they aren't stocking them in the rear sizes until sometime between July/September

Thanks Timbuktu, I understand, MPS4S have been recommended on a Mustang forum that my wife is a member and MPSS seem to be in short supply/expensive in the rear sizes

If mixing them with Pirellis on the front and Michelins (of one or other type) on the back without any problems then we may go with that

Reading my original post it isn't clear on the types paperbag
