Played it lastnight, and it went through to show the online lobby part. So I drove over to a meeting point and there were a bunch of white Mustangs anging around a forest, then the point changed to a few KM doen the road. Any idea is the lobby part in the demo is AI or was it a bunch of real players in Mustangs (I had a Maloo pickup, I didn't fit in with the crowd). If it was at night they would have been done for dogging ).

Apart from that, its good, it looks great, and I'm looking forward to the game coming out.

I've bought the Xbox digital version, my understanding is that the digital version also gets you the digital PC version in the Windows 10 store when its released. Game saves and DLC are synced between the two. http://www.xbox.com/en-GB/windows-10

Got the code this morning, so hopefully mine is downloading now.

Anybody put it on PC? Yesterday didn't go well for me . Redeemed the code before work, turned on Xbox before I left so it would pick up the download, got home yesterday afternoon and it didn't. Tried it manually and after a few 'can't update, try again later' messages in the Games & Apps on Xbox, it started downloading, slowly.

So then i turned on the PC to see if it came up on Windows store like it's supposed to. Nope, I didn't have the Windows 10 anniversary update, and it needs that first, so off to the world of progress percentages and restarts i went to get that updated, and then it came up in Windows store as a download. PC download was a lot quicker than Xbox.

Some time later, they were ready to start, PC wanted a newer driver than the latest number for my Nvidia GTX 960, pressed ignore, ran it anyway, it signed into Xbox half way through the intro, optimised for my PC spec (6 core i7, 16GB RAM, 2x2GB GTX 960 SLI) and put me on medium settings, then froze on the picture of the controller button layout. Turned it off, I want to play the game, back to Xbox which was ready to start now. Got about as far into it as the demo goes, got some achievements and got money on a few level up spins. Then got to where it was still installing before I could go further. All good on Xbox, oh it's 1am, went to bed.

I'm out today, but tomorrow I'll get back to the PC to see what's going on there, and on both I'll get the ultimate edition stuff and Halo Warthog installed (you'll have a freebie code if you've played Halo master collection or Halo 5)

Reading some reddit stuff, I'm not sure whether FH3 PC supports SLI, so it might be seeing my setup with 960 SLI as 2GB not 4GB.

The Supervan is utterly out of control when you give it more power, I'm not quite sure why it's even in the game!

Are you signed in with the same account in the Windows Store and Xbox app?

If you click on your profile icon at the top of the Windows Store, is it listed in My Library? There should be a download icon there.

In the Forza Horizon 3 page on the Windows store, does the button say Buy, Owned, Manage, Download?



Hope something helps. There's been update released over the last day that is supposed to get the game a bit smoother on PC and fix some issues.

All of them have been free. I understand that the Forza vehicle models are more detailed and there's licencing to deal with because they're "real" vehicles, but it does all come across as a bit money grabbing, especially for the car pack released this week.

Only for GTA online though, not for the single player game like the bikers and Gay Tony add ons for GTA IV (which weren't free).
