Fallout 76 was given with a load of Fallout 4 assets to a newly bought studio. Unlikely the same team still doing Fallout 76 will be the same team doing Starfield.

That's because it was made by the same studio that did Fallout New Vegas.

It's crazy then that Bethesda Softworks have games developers under it's wing that churn out games they publish using Unreal Engine such as the Dishonoured series and the 2023 UE5 game Redfall by Arkane Studios, Tango Gameworks recent Ghostwire Tokyo and InXile Entertainment. You'd think they'd see the development time and quality of the finished games and think "maybe we should be using that too".

Regarding the ship building, if I can build something that looks like Firefly's Serenity and crew it I'm sold.

Just build high fences around the spawn points with automatic weapons aimed in. Problem solved.

If it was just Bethesda Todd would have launched it last November as per their 11-11-22 trailer, but now Microsoft are there and they don't want a Bethesda launch they have delayed it 10 months to have time to remove the Bethesda bugs. I hope.
