Sorry its a bit late, thanks Mike for the PM. This month's competition theme is "leading lines"

This is the Entries thread, no chat just your pictures please.

Monthly Photography Competition Rules:

The photos taken must be your own work
The competition will run from the first to the last day of the month.
The winner from the previous month decides on the topic for following month and judges it at the end of the month
There will be two threads that need starting: The Entries thread to commence same time as Discussion thread. In the Entries thread only one picture should be entered. # Any others you wish to discuss should be posted in the Discussion thread.
All entrants acknowledge that they may indeed win and that their adherence to convention ensures everyone else's continued fun.
Photos entered should be no bigger than 750 pixels wide for a landscape photo and 600 pixels high for a portrait photo due to the PH squash factor. Links to larger versions are permissible.
Good luck!

Wow! I think that the standard of entries for this month's competition has been phenomenal, meaning that the judging has been especially hard. Anyway I have deliberated, conjugated and digested and the results are as follows:

Excellent composition, the jetty draws your eye to the distant mountains and a nice bit of foreground interest as well!

I have to admit it was a very close run between Baz and Paul, and a really tough decision to make. As I said earlier, the standard has been exceptional, there is not one bad shot in all the entries. Well done all who took part.

So Paul over to you for this month's competition.....
