Next lens, next accessory, next gadget, next bit of software? Anything, really.

I've gone all googly-eyed over Canon's 200mm f/2.8 prime. (Yeah, I'd really like the f/2.0. I'd also like a pony and world peace)

Funny; I'm too eyeing up the 200 2.8. Either that, or the Canon 10-22.
I can vouch for the 10-22 as long as you're cool with it being EF-S. I love mine.

Can I ask a favour? If your next is a lens, post a sample shot. If you don't want to, that's cool too.

Cokin H250A ND Grad Kit and a 77mm adapter ring. About £75 for the lot.

Hot or not?

Seems like a practical way to get started with using filters on the 10-22mm - a lens which, I've found, makes using a CPL a very tricky affair.

Is it a load of old cok(in)?

You could probably get yourself set up with Hitech 100mm for not much more than that,

Lee Foundation Kit, Adaptor Ring and a 3 stop hard edge would be my recommendation as a starter kit.
Eeenteresting. I'd skipped over Lee kit, assuming it would be out of my price range.

I looked at those, then I found out magic lantern has a bunch of triggers built in I will have a play with that first!
Trap focus is just brilliant.
