What Cannon DSLR

I want to buy a second hand Cannon DSLR not sure what to go for -

I had a 50D about 8 years ago and loved it but sold it, I want to get a more modern equivalent but can't seem to work out what models what.

Any advise welcome.

Thanks for the recommendation, what is the main differences between the 7d Mk1 & Mk2 and also what would be classed as a low shutter count?

Hi all, sorry for late responses,

Budget - £400 - £800 for body

Use - i need an all rounder, something that can handle windsurfing action photos from the beach and also holiday photos & group shots.

Also something that's not so complex the other half can use without reading a photography book.
