Copyright legalities

Just a couple of questions

If i sell a 35mm slide on ebay, does the copyright go iwth the slide?

Or do i have to add a rider that copyright still rests with the photographer?

or can i sell the copyright ,should the purchaser wish it?

They are mostly of Trains i i tookn the 1970s, and might pop up in railway mags later

Fancy selling them on ebay ( after scanning!) to get some space and money...lol, so ii would need to put in BIG LETTERS that copyright reamains with me
