**** OCTOBER COMPETITION **** (Entries here please)

Seeing as the weather is turning a little, some of you might like this months theme..

Inside

I think there is plenty of room for different ideas there. Could simply be a shot taken of a cosy indoor scene with the cold outside, or the interior of a car, or an introspective portrait or.. I think there are plenty of options.

• Judging will be a week early as I'm unavailable at the very end of the month. So closing date for entries is October 24th, winner will be announced October 25th.

• I'm happy if shots are photoshopped if this enhances the final image, but it certainly isn't required to make the cut. Indeed, poor photoshopping will mean the shot won't be considered.

• If you post a photoshopped photo, please post the original version and a summary of what you've done in the chat thread.

You'll need to have somewhere to host the file. i.e put it onto a server which is attached to the internet. If you don't have access to some web space, then there are various web services which are free and can allow you to upload your photo and share it.

Have a Google on them and see what takes your fancy.

Once you've uploaded it you'll need to figure out what the URL is for the file - the address. Once you've done that, post here using [ IMG ]address[/ IMG ] without the spaces next to the brackets.

To help out with the posting on PH. You'll need to resize it to a maximum of 750 pixels wide to stop PH resizing it and making it look a bit squashed.
