Door Hinge Botls rotating in the Fibreglass

My hinge bolts are rotating in the fibreglass - I have a nice grinding noise when I open the door, I could do with either fixing them so they no longer rotate (I have adhusted the drop out of the door) or ripping them out.

Has anybody done either? Can you give me some suggestions as to methods and tools?
