Swirl pot S1

Hi all,

started working om my S1. While doing so I took of my swirling pot. Outside and inside it is rusted and the small pipe just under the cap broke off. Can I remove the rust inside or is it better to find a new one. On the web there are different versions buy they all seem to have more pipes than mine. Can anybody help?
