Hi

Thanks for the replys, what has been said is what I was thinking my self. It was last MOT in Brize Norton (Twice) and is now SORNed

They are claiming it belonged to the sellers husband who died 3 mths ago.

The seller is happy to bring it to me for £100?

The seller lives in Northan Island but the cars in Aberdeen and I live in Cambs for just £100?

If I then like the car then I can pay for it on e-bay.

It all sounds to good for £4,400 for a quick sale.

All they want from me is proof of my address?

Again sounds a bit strange!

I may just play along with them just to see what happens.

Again thanks for the help you gave me, the answers are what I was expecting.

HI

Well its for sale in Lancashire as well. http://www.ah-classic-cars.co.uk/home/British_Spor...

So I think the contact being made to me is a scam.

Hi all

Thank you all for your comments and info, as I said earlier I was 99.9% certain its a scam, because even with the problems the car has it worth a good £9 to 10k.

I am now having fun by leading the scammers on, to see how long it takes them to realise that I know its a scam and they are now being taken for a ride.

Hi Andy

Well when did you sell it and to whom and more importantly what was its condition?

I think the scammers have realised that I know its a scam as they have not replied to my last e-mail which quoted the advert for the car in Lancashire
