S1 2.8 header tank query

My header tank has developed a leak so I went onto ACT web site to get a new one, there header tank shows No2 10mm outlets on mine I have No1 10mm pipe going to the expansion tank and the other one has been crimped off, Also on my radiator I have a 10mm hose which has also been crimped off should these be connected together. If not what is the easy way of sealing off the second outlet or can I buy a tank with only No1 10mm outlet
My car was first registered 8/1988 it has only No1 bonnet pull, the servo has the brake reservoir fitted to it
The radiator outlet look like the one in Pilpot photo on the very top left of the rad where as Wotnov8 its on the front , so is best to connect the hose to the header tank and is it only for air locks
