Interior lights

Driving down the road last night the instrument lights flickered then went out, I’m guessing a fuse or a problem at the dimmer switch, is there any common problems that would cause this?

I’ve tried the dimmer switch, on all settings makes no difference, I notice that the o/s rear light isn’t working and the number plate light no longer works. Seems it maybe be more than a fuse.
