Whilst one side of me would love my car to have a complete fresh coat of paint, the reality is I use the car too much, including trackdays, so for me the car is for driving, and not worrying about every scratch. However, I would still like to tidy it up a bit, but have never been able to find the right paint code. I know it used to be possible to contact TVR....does anyone know how I can get a paint match now? I have gone through a colour code chart with 50,000 colours etc, and got it completely wrong, which I did not find out until I had bought the special mix of paint...Doh!

Many thanks

No doubt like many of you I have been busy over the last week or so, so am now just looking at this again.
I have looked at Barkychoc`s list and my code does not appear to be there. Malcom (potato muncher)my body code is P421-3864. Its a mid metallic or possibly pearlescent blue. Can you help?

Am I right in thinking that TVR have more colour options than cars actually made?

Malcolm,

I have double checked the body code, and it is correct. The car was manufactured in 1988, over 20 years ago now. I do not know how long the records are kept for?

Brilliant Malcolm, thanks for your help, and all your efforts Barkychoc.
No wonder the colour was not on all the standard colour charts I looked at.
