All,

My proposal is to meet at Virginia Waters again on Sunday 24th of March.

I haven't had time to try and sort anything else out at all.

I am very sorry, but it's the best I can offer currently and now with having take the heads off next week I really can't sort anything else.

I reckon we meet at around 11am and then do lunch at the pub like last time and then go for a spin to somewhere else for another drink etc etc. I'll come up with a route unless someone has somewhere they particularly want to go to.

Cheers

Mark

Peter,

That is the original date discussed, it would be a shame if you couldn't make it again although I'm sure we all understand your necessity for competition !!

You could miss one though ! I could look at these rod end bearings and drop links then

I know a number of people would be interested to see the workings of the Big Green V8S..... go on !!! Make our day ..... trying to gather a tidal wave of support now !!

Promise to arrange a S meeting at a Sprint if you come to our S meet rather than North Weald. Thats fair !!

Cheers

MAP..

DIRECTIONS

Directions to Virginia Water.

If travelling from North and West.

Exit M25 at Junction 13 (A30 Staines).
At roundabout go straight over – A30 Bagshot and Egham.

**
You will appear to be travelling back up to the M25 – you must move over to the far left lane – Be careful to not go back onto the M25!

Left lane will run along side the M25 and then curves sharply to the left (great corner – never stops !). At the roundabout take the 2nd exit marked A30 Basingstoke and Camberley.

At the next roundabout (Maranello Ferrari Sales on right – horrible Italian thingies !!!) go straight over – A30 Basingstoke and Camberley. Garage on your left.

Follow the road up the hill past Royal Holloway College and go straight over the traffic light junction at the top of the hill. Continue to follow this road for approx. 1½ to 2 miles.

You are now into the Great Park and you will notice Squirrels and other small animals on the verges. Ah isn’t it lovely. Perfectly suitable to be disturbed by the far more glorious sound of a TVR’s exhaust note !

The Virginia Water Car Park is located on the right hand side of the road before the Total Garage on left and before The Wheatsheaf pub on right.

Access is straight after the ‘40’ limit signs and looks a little like a layby at first with a height restriction gate over the entrance.

If travelling from South and East.

Exit M25 at Junction 13 (A30 Staines).
At roundabout take the 4th exit as if you were doubling back onto the M25.

Follow instructions above from **

You will need £3.50 in change for the Virginia Water Car Park. You have to pay for the car park as you enter rather than as you leave. There are no speed bumps to worry about !!
