Central heating engineer near Gateshead

Looking for someone to look at a central heating radiator that is not getting hot

It does have a thermostatic valve. Pin moves ok. It doesnt heat up with the head removed.

Have tried turning all other rads off and still no heat.

The pin moves freely.

Was wondering if it could be that the thermostatic valve is a one way one on the wrong side of the rad.
