Deadmans Hill between Bristol and Bath?

Does anyone know where 'Deadmans Hill' is?

It's a steep hill, which if you stop your car at a certain point it appears to roll up hill. I believe it was up near Tracey Park Golf Club between Bristol and Bath, but google is coming up with nothing

That could well be it...a friend has said he thinks it was called Hangmans Hill, hanging hill could also be it
