They post a thread within the Sunday Service section of the forum, it has a link in the opening post to the sign up page.
It's going live tomorrow morning around 9am now apparently. You can remove your name from the list at any time if you can't make it.

Bigger response than I thought! Probably best to start a list.

I've updated the original post with potential convoy timings, as follows:

0630 - Shell Winnall SO23 7SL
0700 - Chieveley Services RG18 9XX
0730 - A34 BP Services OX25 3QQ
0800 - Silverstone Circuit NN12 8TN

Looks like this is off according to the main thread. Waiting for PH staff to confirm but it looks like a few have been told by Silverstone that it's not going ahead.

Shame. Who'd have thought an event in March would be cancelled by snow! Hopefully they find an alternative date to rearrange.

This is one week today. Hopefully the forecast improves...! but unless it is a complete wash out I will still be attending and stopping off at the following convoy points if the interest is there:

I'm still going to run the convoy. Worst of the weather now looks to be overnight and early am. Looks to be clearing up a bit more mid morning.

For those of you that are still keen, see you at the various services... will try and make the times but that was with a dry run in mind
