Carb specialist rolling road?

I'm after a local ish rolling road tuner that can give my bike carb setup a final going over.

I've spoken to ariey he's not interested. And everyone else seems to just be 'remaps' or Marque specific.

So far I've got At speed in Rayleigh or Dan st in Leeds. Someone this side of London would be nice, not sure my back could take a trip to Leeds.
