Kjet Specialist North West?

Can anyone recommend a Kjet specialist in the North West?
Mine's a TVR S with a 2.8 Capri lump and I'm chasing a cold start problem, she won't rev until warm.
Having gone through all the obvious stuff and made lots of small improvements along the way I still have the original problem. Lovely when warmed up but won't rev until then.
I suspect that it just needs a Kjet whisperer to shim, twiddle and tweak it into that sweet spot.
