Bad news, Road Little Sense are talking about appealing again to the Supreme Court and then when they lose that no doubt Europe, I'll be retired by the time they get started on it.

They have 6 weeks to decide whether they are going to appeal again, once that lapses I think they can start.

Virtually everyone wants this to go ahead, one small group of people should not be allowed to delay such a vital project like this.

Now its finally passed all the hurdles any idea what the timescales are for construction? Will certain parts be worked on and opened earlier than others or will it all have to be completed and opened in one go? Just wondering how quickly we are likely to see some much needed improvement in the Aberdeen traffic.

I thought it was all tendered and ready to go as soon as this decision was through. I hope you're wrong.
