Does anyone have experience of Grieve of Falkirk ?
I've had horrendous customer service from Arnold Clark in the Aberdeen area and vowed never to deal with them again, but I really like Jeep and wonder if I should look further afield.
Both the Dundee and Elgin Jeep dealerships are part of the A Clark group so I reckon Falkirk is the closest independent dealership but I know nothing of Grieves.
All feedback welcomed.

Thanks for your feedback guys - it's all very helpful although contradictory.
I guess I need to decide if I want a Jeep and then maybe visit Arnold locally, tell them of my concerns and see if they can be arsed persuading me to buy.
The other option I'm considering is contacting the manufacturer directly and discussing things with them if that's even possible. This might achieve an improved level of service at my local or it might piss them off totally - who knows ?
