First time I've heard of the idea of a marque specialist only specialising in certain ages of cars.

C30 D5, for reference. Cambelt change and air con issue to be investigated.

That's a good point, to be fair :-)

As for why I'm looking for a specialist, I'm just going through my options at the moment. Besides, it would be useful to build a relationship with a good specialist.
