East Lothian heating engineers?

Bit off topic but any recommendations for a decent / reliable heating engineer that covers East Lothian? Ideally somebody who's clued up on air source pumps / solar panels / traditional radiator based systems.

Thus far two have made arrangements to attend to assess and quote and neither bothered to turn up... so add that to the roofer who we're still waiting to come and do the tiles and I'm starting to think you can't give monet away these days!
