Aberystwyth - B&B suggestions?

Our Welsh road trip starts in Llangollen, takes in the usual sights up north before we wend our way down to Aber for a night, then the following day it's down to the Beacons before picking up the M4 back home.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a B&B in Aberystwyth? Requirements are:-

a) Must be cheap
b) Must be close to town for access to cheap restaurants & nightlife
c) Parking is a consideration but without Italian exotica it's not a major issue
d) Did I mention it must be cheap?

Any suggestions, recommendations and advice most gratefully received.
