Why on earth put a split pin on the end of the ARB where it gets all the weather and then why place the hole vertical instead of horizontal. Needless to say its impossible to get a punch in let alone hit it with a hammer. Turned a small job into a large job now i have to remove the ARB FFS.
ARB is now off the car, removing the compliance bars or whatever they are called was the most difficult job it didn't want to come away from the lower wishbone but after several obscenity's and tugging and pulling they both came free. Taking the ARB to work to remove the damaged split pins and waiting for the discs to arrive so i can put the pig of a job all back together. The tie bar bushes were in a hell of a state.
