Thats on my list for next year ... get front calipers off and refurbished. then change the front discs with new pads.
are those discs the correct ones that fit the 400's ?
Just dont want to start buying all the bits now only to find when I come to do the job in 4 months time, they dont fit and I need to get different ones

Dixx I did warn you about the bleeding fella!! In the end I had to have a willing volunteer pressing really hard on the pedal and letting it blow the air and some fluid out at the nipple. But once done there is definitely a better feel on the pedal.

Do you have a link for the correct discs ??
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FRONT-BRAKE-DISCS-FORD-GRANADA-2-8-1985-1987-DSK570-/200754466761?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item2ebde60fc9I believe these are the correct ones Chris but you might want to check the overall disc height. Thickness and diameter check out OK. Hope this helps bud.
