Friend of mine asked me about this but I'm only really experienced with Chimaeras. First MoT for about 12 years. Built in 1984 but registered in 1988? Is this common or an alarm bell?

Apart from being a bit steep (in my opinion of course
), the 'Tasmin' badge is from 1984 but being a 350i, it shouldn't perhaps be there?
