Any advice on replacing plastic fuel lines on CIS distributor. I found lines by Cohline (a company started by Mr. Cohnen, whose name is on the original lines for the distributor.) I assume these are close if not original replacements. Although I don't need a 50 meter roll of it. Please point me to a supplier of smaller quantity.

The lines for my Tasmin appear to be slightly smaller than the smallest lines offered by Cohline, so I'm thinking the old lines have shrunk over 35 years. Also the old lines are brittle and one broke off at the banjo connector. Will slightly smaller lines restrict fuel pressure to injectors, etc? Do they need to be replaced? Any advice on replacing plastic portion only, without buying entire metal / plastic combination is appreciated. If a DIYer has done this, is it worth buying a push tool like I've seen online to get new lines on the banjo barbs. I'm open to use a different kind of line, if someone has had success with it.

Also, I ordered copper washers to replace all washers for banjo connectors. The new washers are twice as thick as the very thin original washers. Has anyone had experience with thicker washers not working?

Thanks, I found dssales.com that sells Cohline cis fuel lines. Bought 5 meter roll for $18.50. They also sell banjo connectors. If anyone is interested, u have email them for password to price sheet, download it, then call them on phone to order. Sales rep is knowledgeable.
