Whoops -no oil pressure-Help!!!

Just got my 390 SE out of the garage for a blast down the A64 and the low oil pressure warning light is on.Dipstick shows full,runs on Mobil 1 0w 40,oil and filter last changed about 1500 miles ago.Could it just need priming.Oil not circulating as it should be(sounds dry at the cams!).
Please help!!!!

many thanks for the idiots guide ( to locate Brm Brm link)His notes on zero oil pressure will keep me occupied in the garage for a while!.Not sure whether I have time to sort the car before or after my hols!,
