Help: Exhaust Olive (390se)

One of my exaust olives has fallen apart and i'm struggling to find a replacement, 2 motor factors and 1 exhaust supplier has been unable to find a match.

Does any one know the part number or what it's originally off?

Dimensions are;

id 50.5mm
od 64.3mm
width 15mm

it's a solid cast piece rather than pressed steel.

Adam, did the BLG1 or BLG10's provide the best fit/seal in the end?
