Dunno. Bit of string question. Last time they shut that section they shifted people off a Coldra (jcn 24) and back on at Tredegar (jcn 28). Both ways. I thought I would be clever and use the heads of the valley to get to the Midlands but got caught by roadworks there at that time. So timed it so it would be open in the direction I needed only to get caught in the overruns from the nights works still shut after the claimed opening times. I accept that that happens.
