Pembrokeshire Holiday Advice

Have a week booked in a cottage near Fishguard at the start of July. Never been to that area before so am looking for any guidance on days out, things to do see and also places to eat.

We are in our mid 30s and will be going with our almost 2 year old daughter, so looking for family friendly days and prefer gastro style pubs to michelin star restaurants. Any advice / recommendations welcome.
