As the Christmas period is a busy one, I think it will be too late to organise anything concrete now - so how about the following suggestion?

Anyone else welcome to make a venue suggestion in a similer vein to the following.

I suggest a drink at The Flying Fortress (Bury St Edmunds) either between the hols or into January on any day with predicted good weather so we can get our P&Js out. It will mean short notice but I`m sure we will be visiting Pistonheads over these periods!

Just post at the time and see what develops. What do you reckon?

Good call Ian,

As our illustrious leader you should have the casting vote as to when and where we all meet up as you put in soooo much time and effort thoughtout the year.

Well done for trying to get something organised but as you said people our busy and you won't please everybody.

All we can do is have keys in hand and wait for the green light as to when and where.

Those that can make it look forward to seeing you, those that can't, see you the New Year out on the road.

I`ve been called a few things in my time, but never an illustrious leader!!

It is a difficult time of year as family has a stronger hold on our commitments etc so I can`t really see a better way of doing an EAPHer gathering over Christmas and New year - our family plans are still unfolding as I write this Rest assured though that in the new year, it will back to the last Sunday of the month for our regular gathering

Hi
As a newbie although had the charriott a 6 months would love to come along to flying fortress and meet some fellow Piston Heads. I will keep a look out for time and dates etc.

Welcome Scott Now you`ve found this forum, keep checking it out ok. "PH Roadshow" did us proud this year with some great events throughout the year - and a monthly gathering has gained momentum as well!

Hang the weather. Wet saves your tyres anyway. I'll have a trundle over the Christmas break. Mini convoy from dan sauf maybe?

I`ll try to find a happy medium for all so will overcast with a few damp patches do?!
