PHEA RUN: Hunstanton Run - Sunday 5th June

Morning all!
Now all is confirmed, I can announce our next Event, which sees a return to the Hunstanton Run, this year held on Sunday 5th June, with an all new route and lunch stop
Event Type: Run - Hunstanton Run
Date & Time: Sunday 5th June, 10:30am
Location: Tesco, Newmarket
Map: CLICK HERE
Costs: Fuel & Lunch (from ~£12.50)
Lunch Spaces: 20
We shall be meeting at Tesco in Newmarket - MAP LINK HERE - at 10:30am for 11am departure.
Our Lunch stop will be at the Elveden Inn, where have booked 20 places in at 12:30pm.
Their website can be FOUND HERE.
You can view a typical weekday Menu there, but their Sunday Menu changes from week to week, however I have been assured it is a similar affair with added Sunday roasts, which cost from ~£12.50 for one course up to ~£24 for 3 courses - I've paid a deposit, so please could £10 come to the "Gee Fund", the rest to the pub
When paying, please could you state to the pub you are with the PistonHeads group, and I will try to arrange for us all to pay together.
The Run will end by the Old Hunstanton lighthouse at approximately 4:30pm.
If you cannot make the whole Run, it is absolutely fine - please join us for a much as you can, even if it is just for lunch!
Please just let me know from where you will be joining us, so I don't leave anyone behind!
Short of a typhoon dropping in, the Run will go ahead.
As usual with Runs, all route maps and instructions will be handed out on the day.
No matter what your 4- or 2-wheeled pride and joy, nor how long you have been a PHEA Member, all are welcomed to Join Us for another great Run to the coast
All you need to do now is add your name to the list on here, including how many people for lunch (#).
If you prefer, you can Private Message/email me directly to let me know of your planned attendance, or you can even post on the Event Page of our Facebook Page HERE.

What a spectacular day!
Wonderful human company in a superb varied collection of motors, tasty lunch, some great roads with light traffic and wonderful weather. For me, I couldn't think of a better Sunday
Thank you to everyone who came along. We must have had 25+ for lunch in 15-20 cars throughout the day.
Quite a bit of the 1st Leg I had never driven previously, and there are some enjoyable roads around that part of Suffolk with some pretty villages to look at while you're driving slowly.
Lunch was a very tasty affair. Considering how busy the place was, I thought they coped very well.
The 2nd Leg was a little more sedate, with a few more bumpy and narrower sections, in addition to with having an new passenger "Mrs Gewy" on board
Shame it was a little chilly in Hunstanton, but I then again it was pretty much the perfect day!
As ever, feedback in any form is always welcomed, so please don't hesitate to post. It can help improve the experience for PHers next time
I did snap away, and will post link to my photos when uploaded - I have quite the backlog at the moment
Next up is another SSM at Snetterton on Tuesday 14th June - Thread Link HERE.
After that is Cars on the Green on Sunday 19th June. Details for this will be posted immanently.
