PHEA Socially Distanced Run - Sunday 23rd August
Discussion
Hello everyone,
I hope you are keeping safe and well during these continued strange times.
After a lengthy absence of Events this year, I am pleased to announce a trial of a Socially Distanced Run on Sunday 23rd August.
It will be a little different to usual:
Meeting:
We'll be meeting at Rougham Hilltop Lorry Park, just off the A14 in Bury St Edmunds at 9:30am for 10am departure: MAP LINK HERE
The End Point is yet to be confirmed, but will likely be along the North Norfolk Coast. We should be finished around 1:30pm.
I will be Restricting numbers to 20 cars on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on the time stamp of posting or email received (As a consequence, please be aware your position on this list here may alter.). A Reserve List will run if necessary.
I'm sorry, but please do not turn up on the day - it will be pre-sign up only. Thank you.
Either post on this thread or email me if you'd like to join us
Once signed up, please message me with an email to which I will send out the Route and my usual briefing. Emails will be sent a couple of days before the Run.
I please ask you read the briefing and print out your own copy of the route instructions. Thank you.

Would have loved to join this group but we have a Ariel club meet the same day around EA, typical!
Hopefully join the next one!

Thank you to everyone who made it along to our second Run of the year
I can't quite believe we haven't all met since January
It was an absolutely pleasure and delight to get out for a drive with you all again. Thank you for coming out to play in your lovely machines.
The drive was very enjoyable with some great clear stretches and the weather even remained on side for the duration!
I think this new "COVID format" worked OK for a first attempt and I thank you all for helping me with this.
I'm still finding my feet so (more importantly than ever) any and all feedback is welcome because I shall be putting together at least one more of these before the season is out.
Thank you for posting photos. I will pop back with a link to mine once they have been uploaded.
Thank you all again for making it such an enjoyable day.
See you again soon
